Questions people ask
- Do I need a FINA certificate?
- Yes — fiscalization messages are signed with your own application certificate. You upload it during onboarding, and we warn you 60 days before it expires.
- Can I sell to customers outside Croatia?
- That is what the tax engine is for. EU business customers get reverse charge after their VAT ID is verified in VIES, EU consumers are handled under the OSS threshold rules, and customers outside the EU are treated as out of scope.
- Does it work with my accounting software?
- The monthly export produces invoice and credit-note CSVs alongside the original eRačun XML files, so your accountant can import the period in one step.
- What happens to my data if I leave?
- Your invoices, PDFs and XML files are yours. Export the full archive at any time — including after you cancel.
- Do you use the platform yourselves?
- Yes. Your subscription invoice from us is issued by this same platform, with the same fiscalization and eRačun pipeline your invoices go through.
